在当今行政管理实践追求以人为本理念的条件下,行政管理理论中出现的解释方法和批判方法对推动行政管理学学科的发展有着极为重要的作用。该文对建筑在实证主义认知论之上的传统研究方法,尤其是结构一功能主义方法的局限性进行检讨的同时,提出解释理论和批判理论对行政管理研究各理论和方法的相互吸收与借鉴,并共同促进行政管理理论的发展有着突出的贡献,特别是对完善行政管理者和公众之间的有效沟通,以及改进行政管理实践有着积极的意义。
Under the condition of pursuing people-oriented conception in administrative practice today, the explanatory methods and critical methods appearing in the theory of administrative management play an extremely important role in promoting the development of the discipline of administrative science. This article reviews the limitations of the traditional research methodology, especially structural-functionalism, which is based on the positivist cognitive theory. At the same time, this article proposes that both the theory of interpretation and the theory of criticism absorb the theories and methods of administrative research Draw lessons from them and jointly promote the development of the theories of administrative management. In particular, it has a positive meaning to improve the effective communication between the administrators and the public and to improve the practice of administrative management.
