龟蜡蚧Ceroplastes floridensis Comstock是一种寄生范围广的园林害虫,在我县茶园内时有局部发生。其为害,轻者影响茶叶的产量和品质,重者造成枝梢枯死,无茶可采。关于龟蜡蚧的生物学特性及其防治,已有许多文献报道,但多侧重于介绍化学防治。自1980年以来,我站发现了本地的天敌昆虫——蜡蚧扁角(长尾)跳小峰Anicetus ceroplastis Ishii,并用于进行人工和生物相结合防治龟蜡蚧的试验。取得了较好效果。现报告如后。
Ceroplastes floridensis Comstock is a garden pest with a wide range of parasites and occurs locally in the tea plantations of my county. The harm, the light affect the yield and quality of tea, the worst caused by dead shoots, no tea recoverable. On the biological characteristics of turtle scale and its prevention and control, there are many reports, but more emphasis on the introduction of chemical control. Since 1980, our station has identified Anicetus ceroplastis Ishii, a local natural enemies insect - Leptospira coccinea (Leptinopsis hystrix) and used it in the experiment of combining artificial and biological control of Ceroplastes nipponense.
