DATA OF CASErnThe patient was female and 26 yeats old. Because of urinary dys-function, the patient was recruited from local hospital after repair ofbladder for ten dyas. Before 27 days the patient normally labored afemale infant. No urine was found on the second day, then urethralcatheterization was given and urinary catheter was kept. After tendays the urinary catheter exfoliated autonomously, but the patientsstill could not do emiction autonomously. So the patent was treatedwith acupuncture therapy combined with forced massage on area ofbladder at local ambulatorium. However, the patient felt prick-ling-like pain combined with nausea, vomittion, palpitation andsweat. After that, the patient was recruited in city hospital and ex-aminations found that there were tenderness, rebound tendernessand muscular tension of abdomen. Exploratory laparotomy was givenunder extradural anesthesia of spinal cord and a cut of 2 cm wasfound at posterior wall of apex of bladder during the opera-tion. Then repair of bladder was given and the patient could not doemiction after operation for ten days. For further recovery the pa-tient was recruited in our department.rn
