本院自1979年11月至1983年9月用HOAP方案治疗初治小儿急性非淋巴细胞白血病39例,疗程均达2个以上。治疗前均详询病史、体检及实验室检查(除血象、骨髓象外,包括尿常规、肝肾功能、胸部X线及心电图检查)。治疗期间严密观察各种临床症状及实验指标的变化。HOA(?)方案:高三尖杉酯碱1～2mg/日
The hospital from November 1979 to September 1983 with HOAP regimen in the treatment of pediatric acute non-lymphocytic leukemia in 39 cases, the course of up to 2 or more. Detailed history before treatment, physical examination and laboratory tests (in addition to blood, bone marrow, including urine, liver and kidney function, chest X-ray and ECG).
