报道了一种新颖的全光纤超长环形腔掺铒光纤激光器。该激光器采用非线性偏振旋转(NPR)技术实现自启动锁模,除了NPR元件外,其余全部由单模光纤(SMF)元件组成。通过加入4km的SMF构成长达4.046km的环形腔,产生了重复频率为50.92kHz的稳定锁模脉冲,最大平均输出功率为2.73mW,对应的单脉冲能量为53.61nJ。
A novel all-fiber ultra-long annular erbium-doped fiber laser is reported. The laser uses non-linear polarization rotation (NPR) technology to achieve self-starting mode-locking, with the exception of NPR components, all of which are composed of single-mode fiber (SMF) components. By adding a 4km SMF to form a ring cavity of up to 4.046km, a stable mode-locked pulse with a repetition frequency of 50.92kHz was generated with a maximum average output power of 2.73mW and a corresponding single-pulse energy of 53.61nJ.
