为解决松软煤层小煤柱动压巷道支护的技术难题,以漳村矿2202工作面回风巷作为研究背景,通过相似模拟实验对采动压力作用下的松散煤层巷道变形破坏特征进行了研究,在此基础上,对回采巷道合理的支护方式及支护参数进行了设计。并通过FLAC3D数值模拟和工业试验验证了其方案能够有效地控制松软煤层小煤柱巷道围岩的变形。
In order to solve the technical problems of soft coal seam with small coal pillar dynamic pressure and roadway support, taking the air return tunnel of 2202 working face of Zhangcun Mine as a research background, the deformation and failure characteristics of loose coal seam roadway under mining pressure were studied through similar simulation experiments On this basis, the reasonable support mode and supporting parameters of the mining roadway are designed. Through the FLAC3D numerical simulation and industrial test, the scheme can effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock of coal pillar with loose coal pillar in soft coal seam.
