进风阀是我所生产的砼湿喷机组上的一个主要部件,在使 用中发现,该阀阀芯有时会出现转动慢且卡死的现象,影响了机组的正常使用。为此,我们对它进行了改进。 1 原进风阀的结构及存在问题 原结构形式如图1所示。进风阀通过其上的底板固定于罐体上的一个支架上,它的一个入口与风源管路相连,两个出口分别与左右罐体的进风口相连。在机组正常工作时,当机组的左侧罐体排料,右侧罐体添加料时,进风阀的转子阀芯在程控油缸与传动装置的带动下向左转动到设定角度,使进风阀入口与左侧出口相通,与右侧出口断开,从而保证压风进入左侧罐体,右侧罐体内不进压风;当机组的右侧罐体排料,左侧罐体添加料时,进风阀的阀芯向右转动到设定角度,使进风阀入口与右侧出口相通,与左侧出口断开,从而保证压风进入右侧罐体,左侧罐体内不进压风。
