天下World杜钰洲:以科技创新迈向“十二五”11月20日-21日,由中国服装协会主办,上海和鹰机电科技股份有限公司协办的2010中国服装高新技术成果交流推广大会上,中国纺织工业协会、中国服装协会会长杜钰洲以科技创新为主题作了重要讲话。他提出要充分认识纺织工业在“十一五”时期产业提升和转变发展方式取得的巨大成就;必须把握国内国际两个大局,紧紧抓住发展现代产业体系,提高产业核心竞争力这个中心环节,发挥科技进步和创新的重要支撑作用,突破具有战略意义的科技难关;实现“十二五”纺织工业科技进步纲要的目标,需要加快构建强有力的科技创新体系。

Co-sponsored the 2010 China apparel high-tech exchange promotion conference , China Textile Industry Association, China Garment Association Du Yuzhou made an important speech on the theme of scientific and technological innovation. He proposed that we should fully understand the tremendous achievements made by the textile industry in industrial upgrading and transformation of the mode of development in the period of the 11th Five-Year Plan. We must grasp both the domestic and international situations and firmly grasp the principle of developing the modern industrial system and enhancing the core competitiveness of the industry. Center link, play an important supporting role of scientific and technological progress and innovation, breaking through the scientific and technological difficulties of strategic significance; to achieve “Twelve-Five ” textile science and technology progress outline of the goal, we need to speed up the construction of a strong science and technology innovation system.
