我国国有企业人力资源管理还处在起步阶段,由于种种原因,实际工作中还存在不少问题,与发达国家企业人力资源管理相比还有较大的差距,在实践亟待完善。一个稳定的团队是企业取得不断前进的重要保障。人才流动,是必然趋势,市场经济需要人才流动。但从企业角度看,人才的流失对于稳定职工队伍,实现企业目标,将产生不利影响。由此产生的弊端成为国有企业管理者最棘手的难题,本文试从所在单位人才流失现状及原因分析入手,探讨留住人才的对策。
Human resource management of state-owned enterprises in our country is still in its infancy. Due to various reasons, there are still many problems in actual work. Compared with the human resources management of developed countries, there is still a big gap between them and the practice needs improvement. A stable team is an important guarantee for a company to keep moving forward. Talent flow, is an inevitable trend, market economy needs talent flow. However, from an enterprise perspective, the loss of qualified personnel will have a negative impact on stabilizing the workforce and achieving the business goals. The resulting drawbacks become the thorniest problem for managers of state-owned enterprises. This paper tries to start with the status quo of the brain drain in the unit where they are located and the reasons for them, and discusses ways to retain them.
