中国海洋湖沼学会水文气象专业委员会第七次学术讨论会和山东(暨青岛)海洋湖沼学会1991年学术年会于1991年10月24日至27日在成都市四川大学学术交流中心联合召开,112名代表参加会议。大会共收到学术摘要146篇,撰稿人约200人。成都市科协贾高主任,学会部黄宝珠部长到会祝贺并讲了话,黄部长还传达了1991年10月全国地方科协学会部工作座谈会的精神,代表们受到很大鼓舞。这次会议得到成都市科协和四川大学的热情支持和帮助。第一天的大会上,中国海洋湖沼学会副理事长、水文气象专业委员会理事长、山东(暨青岛)海洋湖沼学会名誉理事长文圣常教授致开幕词。在大会上,王惟一和曾焕彩分别就
The Seventh Symposium of Hydrology and Meteorology Professional Committee of China Oceanic Lake Society and the 1991 Annual Conference of Shandong (cum Qingdao) Marine Laval Society were jointly held at the Academic Exchange Center of Sichuan University in Chengdu from October 24 to October 27, 1991. Representatives attend the meeting. The conference received a total of 146 academic abstracts and about 200 contributors. Jia Gao, director of Chengdu Association of Science and Technology, Minister Huang Baozhu of the Institute of Congratulation arrived at the meeting to congratulate and made a speech. Minister Huang also conveyed the spirit of the symposium on the work of the local CAST Association in October 1991, and the delegates were greatly encouraged. The conference received the warm support and help from Chengdu Association for Science and Technology and Sichuan University. On the first day of the conference, Prof. Shengwen Sheng, vice chairman of China Society of Marine Laminaria, director of Hydrometeorological Commission, and Honorary Chairman of Shandong (cum Qingdao) Marine Laval Society made an opening speech.
