WTO是促进经济全球化向更高水平发展的重要平台,其制定了世界经济四大领域(即关税与贸易、投资、服务贸易以及知识产权保护)的活动规则和运作标准。本文主要阐述了我国“入世”的战略目的,包括利用WTO平台实施“请进来,走出去”战略、进入世界经济主流、促进社会主义市场经济建设以及早日实现小康水平目标。然后,文章针对“入世”后我国所遇到的诸如贸易问题政治化、贸易摩擦与争端不断、“反倾销”事件的频发等问题作了深入的分析,并提出,要在自觉把握机遇,主动利用WTO的原则发展我国经济的同时,坚持国家经济主权并注意国家经济安全。
The WTO is an important platform for promoting economic globalization to a higher level. It has formulated rules and operational standards for activities in the four major areas of the world economy (ie tariffs and trade, investment, trade in services, and intellectual property protection). This article mainly elaborates the strategic purpose of China’s accession to the WTO, including the use of the WTO platform to implement the “please come in, go out” strategy, enter the world economic mainstream, promote the construction of a socialist market economy, and achieve the goal of a well-off society at an early date. Then, the article made an in-depth analysis of issues such as politicization of trade issues, constant trade frictions and disputes, frequent “anti-dumping” incidents after China’s accession to the WTO, and proposed that While seizing the opportunities and taking the initiative to use the principles of the WTO to develop our country’s economy, we must adhere to the country’s economic sovereignty and pay attention to national economic security.
