目的 观察了盘状红斑狼疮(DLE)病变粘膜组织中上皮细胞凋亡和增殖的情况并分析其可能的病理学意义。方法 本实验应用原位末端转移酶标记技术(TUNEL)检测DLE粘膜组织中上皮细胞的凋亡情况和ABC免疫组化技术检测细胞的增殖情况。结果 病变组与对照组相比,DLE病变上皮基底层区凋亡阳性细胞较多,而PCNA阳性反应较弱;粘膜病组织固有层中的部分炎细胞和血管内皮细胞也有阳性凋亡信号,推测该处局部组织的免疫防御能力可能有所下降。结论 基底细胞的凋亡对DLE病变的发生、发展可能有着重要的影响。“,”Objective To observe the relationship among apoptosis andproliferation of oral mucosa and analyses its pathological significance. Methods The distribution character and pattern of apoptosis in normal and discoid lupus erythematosus(DLE) of oral mucosa were evaluated by in situ terminal deoxynucleotidy transferase(TDT) end-labeling staining (TUNEL) and ABC immunohistochemical proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) labeling. Results Compared with the normal mucosa,DLE showed relatively high apoptosis level around basement membrane and also showed high apoptosis signals in connective tissue. Conclusion Apoptosis may played an important role in the development of oral discoid lupus erythematosus(DLE) lesion.
