近年来,金川集团安全文化建设先进经验——“金川模式”受到了国家安全生产监管总局(简称总局)、安全学术界和众多企业的广泛关注,随着这一模式在全国的推广,越来越多的企业把“学金川”当作提升安全生产工作的突破口。然而,“金川模式”究竟是如何炼成的,对其他企业到底有何可借鉴之处,该怎样学习?本刊记者近日采访了金川集团安全环保部总经理赵千里。
