记者王静洁 新春伊始,为研究部署1996年协会工作,中国设备管理协会于1996年2月13日在京召开了协会会长会议.马仪会长主持会议.出席会议的副会长有:李天相、石希玉、徐滨士、沙叶、董绍华、李兆斌(代表黄春萼)、汪凌志(代表马之庚)、郑庆甦(兼秘书长).郑庆甦同志对1995年中设协工作作了总结并对中设协1996年工作要点作了说明;徐滨士副会长介绍了中设协的技术工作情况.与会领导围绕党的十四届五中全会提出的两个具有全局意义的根本性转变,对当前设备管理工作所面临的新课题及中设协1996年工作要点进行了认真和热烈的讨论,并提出了指导意见.
Reporter Wang Jingjie At the beginning of the new year, in order to study and deploy the work of the Association in 1996, the China Association of Equipment Management held the meeting of presidents of the Association in Beijing on February 13, 1996. Chairman Ma Yi presided over the meeting. The vice presidents attending the meeting were Li Tianxiang and Shi Xiyu. Xu Binshi, Sha Ye, Dong Shaohua, Li Zhaobin (on behalf of Huang Chunqi), Wang Lingzhi (on behalf of Ma Zhigeng), and Zheng Qingsu (also the Secretary General). Comrade Zheng Qingsu summed up the work of setting up the association in mid-1995 and made a contribution to the 1996 work The explanations; Vice President Xu Binshi introduced the technical work of the China Association for Designing. The participants’ leadership focused on the fundamental changes in the overall significance of the fourteenth session of the Party’s 14th Central Committee and the new issues facing the current equipment management work. In 1996, the key points of the work of the Association for China set up a serious and enthusiastic discussion and put forward guidance.
