【目的】进一步提高当前中国学者发表的国际英文期刊论文对国内学术的实际影响效果,探索构建国际英文期刊论文的中文发布体系。【方法】通过中国知网(CNKI)选取被SCI收录的我国化学学科19种中、英文期刊进行统计,对比分析了中、英文期刊影响因子等方面的差异;通过多方论证,剖析了构建国际英文期刊论文中文发布体系的必要性,提出了路径选择。【结果】在CNKI平台上英文期刊论文并没有中文期刊论文对中国学术的实际影响力大。由于中国学者英语语言障碍等原因,导致了英文论文国内传播困难等问题,因此构建国际英文期刊论文中文发布体系非常必要。【结论】国际英文期刊论文中文发布体系,主要包括建设专用的英文期刊论文中文发布平台,改进国内英文期刊的中文发表机制,以及增强中国现有数据库的中文发布功能等内容。构建该体系需要做好顶层设计、知识产权、学术评价、人才队伍以及政策扶持等方面的工作。 【Objectives】 To further enhance the practical effect of international English periodical papers published by Chinese scholars on domestic academic activities and to explore the establishment of a Chinese publishing system for international English journal articles. 【Methods】 Nine Chinese and English periodicals of our country were selected by China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) for statistical analysis. The differences between Chinese and English periodicals were compared and analyzed. The necessity of Chinese publishing system for periodical essays and the path selection. [Results] There are no Chinese periodicals in English journal articles on CNKI platform that have a great influence on Chinese academic. Due to the reasons such as the Chinese language barriers of English language, which lead to the difficulties in the dissemination of English essays in China, it is very necessary to construct a Chinese essay publishing system for international essays. [Conclusion] The Chinese publishing system of international English periodicals mainly includes the construction of a dedicated Chinese publishing platform for English periodicals, the improvement of the Chinese publishing mechanism for domestic English periodicals, and the enhancement of the Chinese publishing function of the existing Chinese databases. The system needs to do a good job in top-level design, intellectual property, academic evaluation, personnel and policy support.
