核桃又叫胡桃,大都采用种子繁殖,多数是异花授粉,品种天然混杂,优劣性状变异非常明显。然而,在我国栽培众多的核桃品种中,唯漾濞泡核桃有早实、壳薄、仁白、味香、取仁容易、出油率高而独居魁首,名扬全球,博得国内外消费者的赞赏。据统计,每年外贸出口漾濞泡核桃达五至六百吨。当地彝族群众平时款待客人的传统食品“核桃醮蜂蜜”,养血润肺,香甜可口。民间加工进入市场的“核桃糖”更是香脆甘甜,吃了叫人赞不绝口。漾濞泡核桃受人欢迎,是与上面讲的六大特色分不开的。产生这样的优良性状又与悠久的先进嫁接技术和管理措施息息相关。
