人工发酵虫草菌粉是从冬虫夏草分离提取的药用菌株经人工发酵生产的菌粉。市场上以人工发酵虫草菌粉为原料的制剂生产企业较多,由于各家菌种差异、发酵及生产工艺不同、质量控制方法各异等因素,导致市场产品质量参差不齐。因此,保证原料的质量,并进一步提高和完善其相关制剂的质量标准是保证人工发酵虫草菌粉类药品质量的关键。针对市场上常见发酵虫草菌粉及其制剂的化学成分、药理作用、分析方法及质量控制研究现状进行总结,并对人工发酵虫草菌粉类制剂的质量控制提出建议。
