病态窦房结综合症(Si-ck Sinus Syndrome,以下简称 SSS 症)自1975年以来,已为国内临床内科医师日渐熟悉,在日常内科工作中 SSS 症已不少见。鉴于 SSS 症的病因病理至今尚未完全清楚,而在治疗上公认安置水久性起搏器为唯一理想治疗方法。但使用起搏器只是对症治疗,力求控制症状,并未对功能不全或衰竭的窦房结作根本的有效治疗。从美国Dimond教授最近来我国时介绍当前心脏病研究的最新进展中来看,对SSS症未取得突破。本文就SSS症的当前国内外动态,着重在病因病理及治疗上作一文献复习,并且笔者试用中医学观点对SSS症的各种心律失常表现进行阐述;针对中药的一些方剂治疗SSS症进行理论探讨,其中突出地论述甘草对SSS症治疗的可治性。笔者认为祖国医学诊治SSS症是有着相当丰富的实践经验和理论依据的。走中西医结合道路,应用中医中药治疗SSS症是大有可为的。
Sick sinus syndrome (Si-ck Sinus Syndrome, hereinafter referred to as SSS syndrome) since 1975, has become increasingly familiar with the domestic clinical physicians, SSS disease in routine medical work has not less common. In view of the etiology and pathogenesis of SSS disease has not yet fully understood, and in the treatment of placement of durable pacemaker is recognized as the only ideal treatment. However, the use of pacemakers only symptomatic treatment, and strive to control the symptoms, did not function or failure of the sinus node as a fundamental and effective treatment. Professor Dimond from the United States recently came to China to introduce the latest progress in the current study of heart disease, SSS disease did not make a breakthrough. This article on the current domestic and international trends in SSS disease, focusing on the etiology and pathology and treatment of a literature review, and the author try traditional Chinese medicine point of view of various arrhythmia performance of SSS disease; for some prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of SSS disease theory Discussion, which highlights the licorice SSS treatment of governance. The author believes that the diagnosis and treatment of SSS disease in the motherland has a wealth of practical experience and theoretical basis. Take the road of Integrative Medicine, the application of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of SSS disease is promising.
