一九七六年,我们用冬春小麦杂种后代的花药、钴60伽玛射线照射的杂种当代及第一代干种子长出的植株花药做接种材料,选用9种诱导培养基、4种主要分化培养基,进行诱导、分化培养,然后将获得的38丛花粉植株,经变温处理、水培、人工加倍染色体和分蘖分株扩大培养后,移入温室栽培。移入温室栽培的花粉植株,都能正常抽穗,但能正常结实的只有5株,最后获得527粒种子。获得的种子在田间种植,长出的植株基本整齐一致,无性状分离。现将有关情况简报如下:

Into the greenhouse cultivation of pollen plants, can be normal heading, but only normal and strong 5, and finally get 527 seeds.
