痔瘘疾患是外科常见病之一,采用中西医结合的外剥内扎术或切开挂线术,治愈率高,并发症少。由于肛门解剖和生理的特点,术后疼痛较重。我们学习了山西省稷山县痔瘘医院长效止痛剂的配方后,经过临床实践和多次修改,已取得较好临床效果,现简介如下。配方及方法: 【配方】1%亚甲兰注射液2毫升加1%普鲁卡因10毫升。【方法】术前24小时在肛门手术区(即肛缘手术部位)用长效止痛剂4～6毫升作皮下注射。手术时仍按常规用1%普鲁卡因作局部浸润麻醉。
