在常压下,采用外加磁场辅助的液相还原法制备得到了直径约为250nm镍纳米晶纤维。磁性能测试结果表明镍纤维的饱和磁化强度为8.94emu·g-1,矫顽力为133.8Oe,说明得到的镍纤维具有铁磁性能。此外,还研究了溶剂种类对产物微观结构和形貌的影响。结果表明,产物的形貌受溶剂种类的影响十分明显,只有分子结构中含有2个端羟基的醇类溶剂才可以用来制备形貌均一的超细镍纤维。
Under atmospheric pressure, nickel nanocrystalline fibers with a diameter of about 250 nm were prepared by liquid-phase reduction assisted by applied magnetic field. Magnetic properties of the test results show that the nickel fiber saturation magnetization of 8.94emu · g-1, coercivity of 133.8Oe, indicating that the resulting nickel fiber with ferromagnetic properties. In addition, the effect of solvent species on the microstructure and morphology of the product was also investigated. The results show that the morphology of the product is greatly affected by the type of solvent. Only the alcoholic solvent containing two hydroxyl groups in the molecular structure can be used to prepare ultrafine nickel fibers with uniform morphology.
