本文介绍一台20 K以下温区斯特林型脉冲管制冷机的最新研制结果,制冷机采用压缩机与脉冲管耦合在一起的一体式结构,蓄冷器和脉冲管采用同轴布置形式,制冷机整机质量15.5 kg。实验发现分别以最低温度和最大制冷量为优化目标所对应的双向开度存在着略微的区别.在250 W的输入电功下,双向开度以最低温度为优化目标时,无负荷最低温度14.7 K,是目前单级结构斯特林型脉冲管制冷机最低温度的一个新纪录;当双向开度略微减小以后,无负荷最低温度上升到15.4 K,但在20 K的制冷量从365 mW提高至398 mW.
In this paper, the latest research results of a Stirling pulse tube refrigerator below 20 K are introduced. The refrigerator adopts the integrated structure of the compressor and the pulse tube.
