本文第一次提出可以用锥面砂轮磨削蜗杆时所产生齿侧面的干涉规律去定性地分析当前滚刀制造过程中铲磨齿侧面时的干涉规律.从中可以找出影响这种干涉规律的主要因素,同时阐明了现场为提高滚刀齿侧面精度而采取的一些措施的理论依据.
This paper presents for the first time that the interference law of tooth flanks generated when grinding worm with a conical surface grinding wheel can be qualitatively analyzed to analyze the interference law of the flank surface during the current hob manufacturing process. The main factors, at the same time, elucidated the site to improve the accuracy of hobbing teeth and some measures taken to the theoretical basis.
