为探求腹主动脉瘤治疗的新方法,我们用猪胰弹力蛋白酶对雄性SD大鼠肾下段腹主动脉加压灌注建立起与人类腹主动脉瘤病理过程相类似的动物模型,以之为研究对象,分成环孢素A治疗组及生理盐水对照组各24只.对比观察主动脉瘤直径改变及动脉壁的病理改变,结果发现环孢素A明显抑制腹主动脉瘤的生长及对动脉壁结构的破坏。本文对其机理进行了讨论。
To explore a new method for the treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysms, we used porcine pancreatic elastase to pressure-infiltrate the abdominal aorta in the lower kidney of male Sprague-Dawley rats to establish an animal model similar to the pathological process of human abdominal aortic aneurysms as a study Subjects were divided into cyclosporine A treatment group and saline control group, 24 rats each. Aortic aneurysm diameter changes compared with the pathological changes of the artery wall, the results found that cyclosporine A significantly inhibited the growth of abdominal aortic aneurysm and the destruction of the artery wall structure. This article discusses its mechanism.
