目的采用HPLC法测定对苄氧基溴代苯丙酮中的有关物质。方法采用Welchrom C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(67∶33),检测波长210 nm,流速1.0 mL·min-1,柱温35℃。结果 0.2~12.0μg·mL-1对苄氧基溴代苯丙酮、0.1~12.0μg·mL-1对苄氧基苯丙酮与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.9999),检测限分别为1.2、0.6 ng,定量限分别为4.0、2.0 ng;方法回收率为100.9%,RSD=1.84%(n=9)。结论所用方法准确、灵敏、快速,适用于控制苄氧基溴代苯丙酮中的微量杂质。
OBJECTIVE To determine the related substances in benzyloxy bromopropiophenone by HPLC. Methods The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (67:33) with a detection wavelength of 210 nm at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1 on a Welchrom C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with a column temperature of 35 ° C. Results The linear range of 0.1 ~ 12.0μg · mL-1 p-benzyloxypropiophenone was 0.2 ~ 12.0μg · mL-1 (r = 0.9999). The detection limits were 1.2 , 0.6 ng, the limit of quantification was 4.0 and 2.0 ng, respectively. The recovery rate was 100.9% with RSD = 1.84% (n = 9). Conclusion The method used is accurate, sensitive and rapid and suitable for the control of trace impurities in benzyloxy bromopropiophenone.
