城市低压配电网监控系统的实现

实现城市低压配电网计算机监控是城网改造的重要任务。文章介绍了针对供电部门最为关心的供电可靠性、供电质量和运行维护费用问题,以及低压配电网的特点,在设计上所作的处理;应用城市内较为发达的市话网作为通讯手段,经济方便;软件开发采用模块设计,可灵活地配置,修改和扩展功能,硬件开发采用总线式连接,便于灵活组配插件;开发了AM/FM/GIS功能,有利配电网管理、维护及快速排除故障;RTU采用相对独立的监控功能,主站与RTU的联络出故障时,不失去对配电网的监控。文章所提出的城网监控系统方案有实用价值,值得同行参考。 To achieve urban low-voltage distribution network computer monitoring is an important task of urban network transformation. This article introduces the power supply reliability, power supply quality and operation and maintenance costs for the power sector, as well as the characteristics of low-voltage distribution network in the design of the deal; the application of the city’s more developed local telephone network as a means of communication, economical and convenient ; Software development module design, flexibility to configure, modify and extend functionality, hardware development using bus-type connection, easy and flexible assembly of plug-ins; developed AM / FM / GIS function, distribution network management, maintenance and rapid troubleshooting ; RTU uses a relatively independent monitoring function, the main station and RTU contact fails, without losing control of the distribution network. Urban network monitoring system proposed by the article has practical value, it is worth peer reference.
