目的探讨大鼠急性脑缺血再灌注损伤时血浆及丘脑下部心钠素含量的变化。方法用血管闭塞法制备大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型,应用放免分析法检测Wistar大鼠急性脑缺血再灌注后血浆、丘脑下部心钠素(ANP)含量变化。结果单纯脑缺血组丘脑下部ANP含量较假手术对照组升高1倍以上,血流再灌注后,ANP含量进一步增加,但不显著,而血浆中ANP含量各组间比较无统计差异。结论丘脑下部ANP参与脑缺血再灌注损伤过程,而血浆中ANP含量不能反映病情。
Objective To investigate the changes of plasma and hypothalamic atrial natriuretic peptide in rats with acute cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods The model of cerebral ischemia - reperfusion in rats was established by means of vascular occlusion. The content of ANP in plasma and hypothalamus of Wistar rats after acute cerebral ischemia reperfusion was detected by radioimmunoassay. Results The level of ANP in thalamic subgroup was more than 1 times higher than that in sham operated group. The content of ANP increased further but not significantly after reperfusion, but there was no significant difference in plasma ANP content. Conclusions ANP in the hypothalamus is involved in the process of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury, while the content of ANP in plasma can not reflect the disease.
