高炉风口喷煤状态多采用人工观察风口摄像仪判断,异常状态漏判或判断延迟的问题严重,且各风口喷煤的一致性、均匀性难以通过人工准确判别。文章在高炉风口摄像仪拍摄视频基础上,利用数字图像处理技术建立了喷煤图像特征与喷煤流量之间的对应关系,提出了各支管煤粉喷吹一致性、均匀性检测算法。通过对工业现场图像实验表明,该方法可以较好地反映高炉煤粉喷吹流量变化。
Blast furnace tuyere coal use more artificial observation tuyere camera to determine the abnormal state of leakage judgment or delay the problem is serious, and the tuyere consistency, uniformity is difficult to accurately determine by artificial. Based on the video taken by the blast furnace tuyere camera, the correspondence between the characteristics of coal injection and the flow rate of coal injection is established by using the digital image processing technology. The consistency and uniformity detection algorithm of each coal injection is put forward. Experiments on industrial field show that this method can better reflect the change of blast furnace pulverized coal injection flow rate.
