目的观察YKS-1000JH臭氧妇科治疗仪治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效。方法选取笔者所在医院治疗老年性阴道炎的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,观察组采用臭氧治疗,每次3min,然后用已烯雌酚0.125～0.25塞入阴道,qd,对照组用甲硝唑200mg塞入阴道,全身用药予雌激素口服,疗程结束后观察效果。结果 YKS-1000JH臭氧妇科治疗仪治疗老年性阴道炎的效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论臭氧具有强烈的杀菌作用,治疗老年性阴道炎具有起效快、疗程短、无创伤、安全、无痛、无不良反应,效果优于传统药物治疗。
Objective To observe the efficacy of YKS-1000JH ozone gynecological therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of senile vaginitis. Methods The author selected the hospital where the treatment of senile vaginitis patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the observation group using ozone treatment, each 3min, then with diethylstilbestrol 0.125 ~ 0.25 into the vagina, qd, control group Metronidazole 200mg into the vagina, systemic administration of estrogen orally, after the end of treatment to observe the effect. Results YKS-1000JH ozone gynecological treatment of senile vaginitis was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Ozone has a strong bactericidal effect. The treatment of senile vaginitis has the quick onset, short course of treatment, no trauma, safety, painlessness and no adverse reactions, and the effect is better than traditional drug treatment.
