杂环偶氮化合物广泛应用于分析化学.它们与几十种金属离子形成高灵敏度的有色化合物.2-(2’-噻唑偶氮)-5-二乙胺基酚(1)是光度法测定铵、锆等的优良试剂和络合滴定指示剂.本文报道2-(2’-噻唑偶氮)-5-二乙胺基酚铜(Ⅱ)螯合物晶体结构的测定. 实验取一定量1溶于氯仿,加适量氯化铜水溶液后分成两相,加10mL pH5的醋酸钠缓冲液,再加乙醇,使两相混为一相.然后滴加水,使溶液又分成两相,氯仿相用无水Na_2SO_4干燥,溶液在真空干燥器中抽除氯仿后析出1的铜(Ⅱ)螯合物的紫红色晶体. 我们使用Syntex P3/R3四圆衍射仪收集强度数据.采用Mo K_a射线经石墨单色
Heterocyclic azo compounds are widely used in analytical chemistry. They form highly sensitive colored compounds with dozens of metal ions.
