加强学生工程素养和实践创新能力培养,提高地质工程专业人才培养的适应性,是高校教学改革面临的重要问题。本文结合地质工程专业的特点,构建了以能力培养为核心的“一个中心、三个层次、四个训练”的新型多层次实践教学体系;通过教学与科研、学校与企业相结合的实践教学平台建设,建立了理论教学、实验教学、科学研究、工程实践相互渗透的多维度、课内外结合的新型教学组织模式,为地质工程应用型创新人才培养打下了良好基础。
It is an important issue for colleges and universities to reform teaching in order to strengthen students’ engineering accomplishment and practice innovation ability and to improve the adaptability of geotechnical engineering personnel training. Based on the characteristics of geoengineering specialty, this paper constructs a new type of multi-level practical teaching system of “one center, three levels and four trainings” focusing on ability training. Through the combination of teaching and research, the combination of schools and enterprises The construction of teaching platform has established a new teaching organization model integrating theoretical teaching, experimental teaching, scientific research and engineering practice with each other and combining multi-dimensions with and without in-class teaching, laying a good foundation for the training of applied innovative talents in geological engineering.
