八届全国人大四次会议通过的“九五”计划和2010年远景目标纲要,把实施可持续发展战略作为实现我国跨世纪建设蓝图的重要措施之一,这是历史的必然选择。开发利用有机肥料,既关系到我国农业的持续发展,又关系到城乡环境的改善,因此应该引起足够重视。
The “Ninth Five-Year” Plan adopted at the Fourth Session of the Eighth National People’s Congress and the Outline of the 2010 Vision Goals put the implementation of the strategy of sustainable development as one of the important measures to realize the blueprint of cross-century construction in our country. This is an inevitable choice of history. The development and utilization of organic fertilizers not only concern the sustainable development of agriculture in our country, but also the improvement of the urban and rural environment, so it should pay enough attention.
