金口蘑又名高温金福菇,是一种生长于炎热季节的高温型珍稀食用菌。因其肉质清脆,汤汁鲜美,口感特佳,而倍受夏秋季消费者青睐,其售价是平菇的3~4倍。同时金口蘑子实体氨基酸含量为干物质的16.5%,居食用菌之首;蛋白质含量与香菇、金针菇相当,发展前景十分看好。现将其生物学特性及栽培技术介绍如下。1.生物学特性(1)温度菌丝生长温度范围15~35℃,最适25~30℃;子实体发生温度20~36℃,最适25~32℃,属高温型菌种。(2)湿度菌丝生长阶段,空气相对湿度65%~70%;子实体发育阶段,空气相对湿度85%~90%,覆土层湿度为21%~22%。(3)酸碱度菌丝生长和出菇均
