本文研究了C含量在1.5~2.0%、Si含量在1.2~1.7%范围内的耐磨铸钢材料,加入Ti、Si复合孕育,可在铸态获得分散的四块状碳化物,经弥散处理后获得理想的金相组织,硬度为(HRC)56~62°。迄今为止,国内外文献中未见报导。用本钢种制做锤式破碎机锤头,经生产验证,粉碎石英矿及白云石矿,其使用寿命较之高锰钢分别提高1倍和2.5倍。
In this paper, wear-resistant cast steel with a C content of 1.5-2.0% and a Si content of 1.2-1.7% is studied. By adding Ti and Si, it is possible to obtain the four Massive carbides, obtained by the dispersion of the ideal microstructure, hardness (HRC) 56 ~ 62 °. So far, no reports have been reported at home and abroad. Hammer hammer made of this type of steel hammer crusher, after production verification, smash quartz ore and dolomite, the service life of high manganese steel compared to 1 and 2.5 times respectively.
