采用不同溶剂对银杏叶提取物进行萃取,实验表明;乙酸乙酯、丁酮、环已酮、乙醚等对萜内脂的选择性逐次减小.通过调节pH在8～9,增加3%～5%盐离子等方法改善相密度,乙酸乙酯的萃取率在90%以上,萜内酯的含量可富集到35%～40%. The extraction of Ginkgo biloba extract with different solvents showed that the selectivity to terpenoid lipids decreased gradually with ethyl acetate, butanone, cyclohexanone and diethyl ether, etc. By adjusting the pH at 8-9, the extract increased by 3% 5% salt ion and other methods to improve the phase density, ethyl acetate extraction rate of 90%, terpene lactone content can be enriched to 35% to 40%.
