共解剖实验室饲养的112只中华按蚊的3476条卵泡管和121只嗜人按蚁的3671条卵泡管。两种按蚊产卵后21—24h,卵泡管收缩完成并出现膨大部,初产蚊各为71.7%和62.0%,而第三次产卵的分别为51.6%和54.0%。系列间隔解剖观察,发现卵泡管的收缩过程是先横向后纵向收缩,在产卵后9—15h,大部分卵泡管还处在横向收缩期,管内的上皮细胞残余呈数难分布,形似几个膨大部,易导致对生理龄期的判断错误。现场捕获的两种按蚊产卵后卵泡管收缩过程与实验室观察的相似。
A total of 3476 follicular tubes of 112 Anopheles sinensis and 3671 follicular tubes of 121 anthropomorphic ants were collected from an anatomical laboratory. 21-24 h after oviposition of the two anopheles, follicular tube contraction completed and swollen, primiparous respectively 71.7% and 62.0%, while the third spawning were 51.6% and 54.0%. A series of interval anatomical observation found that the contractile process of follicular tube is the first longitudinal contraction after horizontal, in the 9-15h after spawning, most of the follicular tube is still in the lateral systolic period, the tube of epithelial cells showed a few difficult to distribute the number of residual Inflated Ministry, easily lead to the wrong judgment of the physiological age. The contractile process of follicles after the two Anopheles mosquitoes captured on site was similar to that observed in the laboratory.
