目的:探讨护患沟通指引在急诊输液室优质护理中的应用价值。方法:选择2015年7月~2016年6月在医院急诊输液室进行输液治疗的500例患者为研究对象,根据是否实施护患沟通指引分为观察组和对照组。采用问卷调查方式,比较两组的护理质量和护理满意度。结果:护理质量和护理满意度方面,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护患沟通指引有助于提高护理质量,化解患者负面情绪,减少护患纠纷及患者投诉的发生概率,提高患者满意度。
Objective: To discuss the application value of nurse-patient communication guide in high-quality infusion of emergency room. Methods: From July 2015 to June 2016, 500 patients who underwent infusion therapy in the hospital emergency room were selected as study subjects and divided into observation group and control group according to whether they were nurse-patient communication. A questionnaire was used to compare the quality of care and nursing satisfaction in both groups. Results: The quality of care and nursing satisfaction, the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Nurse-patient communication guidelines can help improve the quality of care, resolve the negative emotions of patients, reduce the probability of nurse-patient disputes and patient complaints, and improve patient satisfaction.
