结合生产数据,在对涟钢210 t精炼炉加料过程参数进行系统统计和分析的基础上,引入自适应模型和OPC通信技术,并利用VC++平台开发了精炼炉合金加料智能控制系统,实现LF、RH炉合金加料过程的高精度动态控制。系统运行后,加料精度在±3 kg以内比例由控制前的34.52%提高至100%,且精度命中值在±2 kg范围内的比例可达87.96%,利于产品质量、效率的提高及生产成本的降低。
Based on the systematic statistics and analysis of the feeding process parameters of 210 t smelting furnace in Lianyuan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., an adaptive model and OPC communication technology were introduced.
