目的:探讨老年住院精神病患者跌倒损伤的原因,以保证护理安全。方法:随机选取浙江省杭州市第七人民医院2013年2月~2015年2月住院治疗的150例老年精神病患者为研究对象,统计分析住院期间出现的跌倒损伤情况,提出相关护理对策。结果:发生跌倒损伤的30例,占20.0%,引起的原因主要有内部因素和外部因素,其中夜间活动、使用精神病药物、患阿尔茨海默病者发生率较高。结论:老年住院精神病患者存在诸多危险因素,大多跌倒损伤发生在夜间活动、使用精神病药物治疗和阿尔茨海默病等,需结合医院实际况,采取有效措施,避免精神病患者发生跌倒损伤。
Objective: To investigate the causes of fall injuries in elderly inpatients with mental disorders to ensure the safety of nursing care. Methods: A total of 150 elderly patients with psychosis admitted to the Seventh People’s Hospital of Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province from February 2013 to February 2015 were selected randomly to analyze the incidence of falls during hospitalization and to provide relevant nursing countermeasures. Results: There were 30 cases of fall injuries, accounting for 20.0%. The reasons were mainly internal factors and external factors. Incidence of nocturnal activities, psychotic drugs and Alzheimer’s disease were higher. Conclusion: There are many risk factors for elderly inpatients with mental disorders. Most of the patients fall into the category of nocturnal activities with psychotic medication and Alzheimer’s disease. Combined with the actual condition of the hospital, effective measures should be taken to prevent the insane from falling injury.
