环磷酰胺是临床常用的抗肿瘤化疗药物以及用于器官移植和自身免疫性疾病的免疫抑制剂。但最近的研究发现低剂量的环磷酰胺能够选择性地杀伤CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞,从而增强抗肿瘤免疫应答。文章简略介绍这一新的肿瘤免疫治疗研究。 Cyclophosphamide is a commonly used anticancer chemotherapeutic drug as well as an immunosuppressant for organ transplantation and autoimmune diseases. However, recent studies have found that low doses of cyclophosphamide can selectively kill CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cells, thereby enhancing the anti-tumor immune response. The article briefly introduces this new cancer immunotherapy research.
