养殖行业中“公司加农户”的组织模式由于其组织形式和运行机制存在重大缺陷,产权不明晰,概念模糊,违约责任划分不明确,同时部分公司又用赊销合同关系掩盖了技术服务合同地性质,有向农户转嫁技术风险和疫情危机的合同欺诈之嫌,严重侵犯了农民的合法权益,应引起政府和有关部门关注,并加强对这类公司和问题的监管。
