我厂应用微型机技术比较晚,从一九八一年十月左右才起步的。几年来,在厂领导的支持下,我厂科技人员,结合科研生产实际,采用了一学、二用、三改的方法在实时检测、数据处理、试验设备控制、企业管理等方面开始推广应用微型计算机,已初见成效。一、重视智力开发,做好培训工作自一九八○年以来,为了培养骨干,我们采取“派出去、请进来”的办法,先后派员去北京、西安、南京和南昌等地参加全国、部、省举办的“微机应用学习班”共计有22人次,借航空学会的活动,自筹师资,开办全厂性的微机软硬件学习班三次,计200多人次。厂计算机站、特设系统、一所、二所、三所及计划劳资财务部门都自行开办了学习班,使许多工程
The application of microcomputer technology in our factory was relatively late. It started from around October 1981.
