合成了新显色剂 1 - ( 2 -羟基 - 5 -硝基苯基 ) -重氮氨基偶氮苯 ( HNPDAAB) ,研究了该试剂与镍的显色反应条件。在 Triton X- 1 0 0存在下 ,镍与试剂生成 1∶ 1型深红色配合物 ,其表观摩尔吸光系数达 1 .5 8× 1 0 5L· mol- 1· cm- 1。 Ni2 + 的浓度在 0~9μg/2 5 m L范围内符合比耳定律。方法已应用于合金中微量镍的测定 ,结果满意
The new reagent 1 - (2 - hydroxy - 5 - nitrophenyl) - diazoaminoazobenzene (HNPDAAB) was synthesized and the conditions for the color reaction of this reagent with nickel were studied. In the presence of Triton X-100, a 1: 1 deep red complex was formed between nickel and the reagent, and its apparent molar absorptivity reached 1.58 × 105 L · mol-1 · cm-1. Beer’s law is in agreement with the Ni2 + concentration in the range of 0 ~ 9 μg / 25 m L. The method has been applied to the determination of trace nickel in the alloy with satisfactory results
