通过调查上海市 2 3所辅读学校开展心理健康教育的现行情况 ,发现大多数学校都比较重视智力落后学生的心理健康教育 ,并制定了相应的教育目标。具体的教育形式多样、内容丰富。但是多数学校的机构设置与运作不够完备 ,心理教师数量严重不足且专业水平有待提高。针对辅读学校开展心理健康教育的现状和特点 ,作者提出了“全员参与、系统规划、发展为本、重点突出”的建议与设想 ,为辅读学校开展此类工作提供参考。
By investigating the current situation of mental health education in 23 secondary schools in Shanghai, it is found that most of the schools pay more attention to the mental health education of the mental retardation students and set corresponding educational goals. Specific forms of education, rich in content. However, most schools are not well-equipped and operated, the number of psychology teachers is seriously inadequate and the professional level needs to be improved. According to the current situation and characteristics of mental health education in secondary school, the author puts forward suggestions and ideas of “full participation, systematic planning, development-oriented and focused” and provides reference for such schools in secondary schools.
