论述了少年文献采集工作的原则及管理,分析了少年儿童读者的心理特点和阅读特点,提出了素质教育理念下基于(青少年)少儿读者需求的文献采集工作的策略以及开展多元采集模式。
The principles and management of juvenile literature collection are discussed. The psychological characteristics and reading characteristics of juvenile children are analyzed. The strategies of literature collection based on the needs of juvenile readers are put forward.
