研究了载金废活性炭在球磨及振动磨情况下的热氧化行为及其它性质的变化。由于比表面积增大和机械化学作用,振动磨废活性炭的氧化温度发生了显著变化。机械化学作用导致了废炭晶体结构的变化,振动磨样品在450℃以上时完全被氧化了,从而认为振动磨是降低废炭氧化温度的一种较好途径。氧化后金被富集到炭灰中。对含金品位为2kg/t的同一试样用氰化物浸出20小时,振动磨样品及球磨样品的金回收率分别为99.5%和82%,球磨样品金回收率低是由于氧化温度高所致。
The changes of thermal oxidation behavior and other properties of waste gold-carrying activated carbon under ball milling and vibration milling were studied. Due to the increase of specific surface area and mechanochemical reaction, the oxidation temperature of activated carbon with vibration abraded has changed significantly. Mechanical chemistry led to changes in the crystal structure of the waste carbon. Vibration grinding samples were completely oxidized above 450 ° C. Therefore, the vibration mill is considered to be a better way to reduce the oxidation temperature of waste carbon. Oxidized gold is enriched in char. The leaching of cyanide from the same sample containing 2kg / t gold for 20 hours showed 99.5% and 82% recoveries for the vibrating and milling samples, respectively. The low gold recovery from the ball milling samples was due to the high oxidation temperature .
