They are both an effective way of stimulating the innovation potential and entrepreneurial vitality of the entire society and a foster and stimulate new motive force for economic and social development inevitable choice. Our district regards “double creation” as the new engine of economic development under the new normal, and makes efforts in promoting publicity and guidance, education and training, and optimizing the environment so as to promote economic and social development with “double creation”
