针对金属板材加工张力PID控制参数频繁调整的问题,采用现代模糊理论与PID控制算法相结合,给出一种基于板材加工的模糊PID张力控制方法。文章在简要介绍张力控制系统基本框架的基础上,着重描述PID参数调整原则及模糊PID控制器的整个设计过程。经过仿真分析与实际试运行表明,所设计的模糊PID张力控制算法有效可行,系统不仅实现了在线自整定PID参数的目的,而且具有较好的自适应能力,控制效果比较理想。
Aiming at the frequent adjustment of processing parameters of sheet metal processing tension PID, a fuzzy PID tension control method based on sheet metal processing is given by combining modern fuzzy theory and PID control algorithm. Based on a brief introduction of the basic framework of tension control system, the article focuses on the principle of PID parameter adjustment and the whole design process of fuzzy PID controller. After the simulation analysis and the actual test run, it shows that the designed fuzzy PID tension control algorithm is effective and feasible. The system not only realizes the purpose of self-tuning PID parameters online, but also has better self-adaptive ability and the control effect is ideal.
