目的 探讨脑电地形图 (BEAM)在急性脑血病中的临床应用价值。方法 采用日本光电公司44 18型 18导脑电图检查仪和广州三瑞医疗器械有限公司LQWY N2 型BEAM处理仪对 12 8例急性脑血管病患者进行了检测 ,并做了部分病例的动态分析。结果 急性期脑血管病患者的BEAM改变主要为病变侧局限性慢波功率 (短阵节律的δ波、θ波 )明显增高、与头颅CT扫描发现的病灶区相吻合 ,与常规脑电图比较 ,其阳性率明显增高 (分别为 92 .9% ,6 4.1% ) ,经卡方检验显示BEAM阳性率明显高于脑电图 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 BEAM可早期准确地反映脑卒中发生后异常脑电活动的来源 ,因此 ,对脑卒中早期药物治疗及疗效判断来源 ,BEAM是可供参考的检测手段。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of EEG topographic map (BEAM) in acute cerebrovascular disease. Methods A total of 12 8 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease were examined with 44 18 18-lead electroencephalograph (JEOL) and LQWY N2 BEAM (Guangzhou Sanrui Medical Devices Co., Ltd.), and some cases were analyzed dynamically . Results BEAM changes in patients with acute cerebrovascular disease were mainly due to the limitation of slow wave power (short-term rhythmic δ wave and θ wave) in the patients with cerebrovascular disease, which were in good agreement with the lesion found by CT scan. Compared with conventional EEG , The positive rate was significantly higher (92.9%, 6 4.1% respectively). The positive rate of BEAM was significantly higher than that of EEG by chi-square test (P <0.01). Conclusions BEAM can accurately and accurately reflect the source of abnormal EEG after stroke. Therefore, BEAM is a reference measure for early drug treatment and source of judgment of stroke.
