为了探索卫生计划财务工作改革的新路子,更好地适应卫生事业发展的需要,卫生部计划财务司最近在成都市召开了全国卫生计划财务工作座谈会。会议交流和总结了近几年来卫生计划财务工作改革的做法和经验,肯定了多渠道、多层次、多形式办医以及改革经费分配办法等对卫生事业发展所起的积极作用。会议还分组就“七五”期间卫生事业计划的1986年年度
In order to explore a new approach to the reform of the health plan’s financial work and to better adapt to the needs of the development of the health industry, the Ministry of Health’s Planning and Finance Department recently held a national financial plan financial work symposium in Chengdu. The meeting exchanged and summarized the practices and experiences in the reform of the financial plan of the health plan in recent years, affirming the positive role of multi-channel, multi-level, multi-formation, and reform of the fund allocation methods in the development of the health industry.
